Bolt action 12 gauge. Only complaint is that the magazine only holds 2 shells. Takes one hell of a beating and the sights (iron) stay true. Dropped in the mud, slammed in car door and all the other nightmares you would think would end a gun's useful life. Never had a scope on it. A little heavy if holding the gun up for a long period of time, but if you need to complain about that you shouldn't be out in the cold killing things anyway.
