This rifle is an absolute delight to shoot. I own 35 firearms, of which 12 are big game rifles. This is by far my favorite. Shooting this rifle makes me feel like a man like almost nothing else. It has a 1X4-20 Leupold scope mounted on Leupold rings and bases sighted in at 200 yards with Federal Classic 270 grain SP ammo. I can acheive an honest sub one inch group at 100 yards when I do my part. I have never been hunting in Africa, but I can attest to the .375 H&H's ability to put down a wild charging bunny rabbit. Trust me, they don't feel a thing.
