I bought the Benelli as my first shotgun and for my first year of hunting. I am 16 and a major waterfowl hunter. This gun will work in any weather conditions i took it in. It holds a pattern better than any shotgun i have ever shot and i have killed geese at 85 yards with it. Since you can use 2 3/4", 3", and 3 1/2" shells this gun allowed me to shoot at all different ranges. I would say there is no pump shotgun that matches the performance and simplicity of this gun.
