Outfitter Response: Steve met me at a show in Green Bay. I explained the options our camp offers hunters. Plan #1 includes a boat and motor. Plan # 2 does not. He chose plan # 2, no boat or motor!! He had four hunters in their group. All had a chance at bears. When it was time to show the 4 hunters their sites, Steve was too unstable to walk so I took his son Josh in to show him where Steve's bait site was. As Josh and I crept into the site there was 2 bear's feeding out of the bait bucket. After Steve reached his bait a few hours later he saw multiple bear's, this info came from his mouth!! He also saw a colour'ed bear but say's he did not shoot. 3 out of 4 took shots at bears. Josh, Steve's son, shot a chocolate bear with a blond stripe down it's back. The young lady in his group harvested a nice black bear and Steve's nephew saw many bear's, wounding a large bear. Sounds like GREAT SUCCESS to me!! He tried to mingle with the rest of the hunters but none wanted to listen to him because he was always too negative. Steve Henry knew EVERYTHING. This week that the Henry's were here there were 14 hunters in main camp, 2 at the outpost. Out of the total hunters for the week we harvested 11 bear's with all but one guy in another cabin not getting a shot. I told him most weeks you would see 8 to 14 hunters at main camp not counting th3 outposts we have. Steve learn to tell the truth!! NEXT time you go to a hunting camp Steve, bring a positive attitude. The one you came to my camp with was TERRIBLE!!!
