Overall Impression: terrible/very disappointing

This man should be in jail, he is a convicted felon. We were promised the world and got hosed. My brother's stand was on land that Brad had no rights to. We were told 200 acres of land each our 6 guys had 30 acres of huntable land total. If you don't mind hunting in a cow pasture with cows 20 yards from you he's your man. This guy took our $12,000 and ran!
