Hunted with Wilkins Outfitting for black bear. We seen 13 bears on the berries in 5 days. Spot and stalk only in Washington State. Took a nice Black one. He has lots of color phases bears in his areas. Seen blonds, chocolates and cinnamon's. Shane Wilkins was born and raised in the area and knows every nook and cranny. You wont find a more knowledgeable outfitter in WA. Hell of a honest guy. Next is a Roosevelt Elk with him. Good luck!
