I hunted with Monster Deer Outfitters own and operated by Robert Durham in Putnam County Missouri the week of September 21-27, 2007. It was a horrible experience. Robert stated that he offered excellent oppertunity at trophy whitetail and advertises 90% shot oppertunities at Pope & Young class deer. My experience along with 3 other hunters in camp that week all agreed that this hunt was very decietfull and far from the truth. None of us ever saw a Pope & Young class deer, and Very Few deer were even sighted at all by us 4 hunters. The accomdations were very poor as well in this new lodge that had no vetilation what soever. The hunting experience was a complete rip off in my opion. Other hunts should know that Monster Deer Outfitters in Putnam County Missouri operated by Robert Durham is a deceitful outfitting opertation. Contact me if you have any further questions. Dale K.
