The island was a mess, but this is expected for an island sitting in the middle of the Susquehanna river. The island itself was a little dense in areas. If we would have found the hogs on that part of the island, I would never have been able to get a shot off. Other then that, the hogs were really large (300+ lbs). The owner advised me ahead of time that they were farm raises ferel hogs... NOT RAZORBACKS or anything like that. I knew what to expect. I also got to watch and help push a VERY, VERY large Rocky Mt. ram to another hunter. There were several other rams running around the island that were a nice size.
