Shawn Woods at Hawkeye Whitetails is committed to having you kill a quality whitetail deer. His farms and leases are managed for above average whitetails with trophy potential present. In my last muzzleloader hunt I had on Shawn's properties the opportunity to kill a whitetail was 100%. I passed several deer in the 130 and low 140 classes with a miss at a 150 class whitetail. A prior hunt yielded a sighting of a 170+ class animal. Overall, hunting is above average with a commitment to quality whitetail management.
