Terrible hunt. The "guide" (the guy giving tour of the properties) on the first day did know where the camp was located and gave wrong directions to the farm we hunted. Stands have not been moved in years. No pre-scouting report, no topo maps provided, aerials without a refernce scale, road map without road names. Too many hunters for amount of land. Outfitter claims to have strict policies in regards to pressure but there is nobody in camp to insure these rules are enforces. Outfitter was on vacation the week we hunted, but did call and check in twice. We hunted the first full week of Nov. and there no rebook hunters in camp although we told rebooking rates were 80%.We were told success rate was around 30% and 75% oppurturnity rate on 125" plus deer. When we left on Nov. 11 no hunter had taken a deer exceeding 125", except a buck the guide took in the early season. I hunted 5 1/2 days and had one deer (a spike) in bow range the entire hunt.
