I was told the average deer sighting was 12-15 deer per sitting. The average sighting was 3.1 deer per sit with our group of 6 hunters. Keep in mind some of these deer were 400+ yards away. A bit far with bow. I was also told that the success rate was 60%, reality...20-30%. The blinds were "commericial" blinds. We finially started to see deer as soon as we didn't hunt their stands. I had shots @ 120" deer but I didn't travel 1000 miles to shoot 120" deer. Licence were almost $500.00. I did shoot a nice doe!!
