Hunted with Jack Hume in Sept 2004. The main camp staff were very accomodating for my wife who was in camp as well as a non-hunter. The head guide and one other were both great to hunt with and dedicated and committed to providing a quality experience for their hunters. My guide however was poorly equipped, unmotivated, failed to show up two days with binoculars, abused camp equipment, had poor field dressing skills, used excessive profanity and generally was not interested in providing me a good hunting experience. Late in the week the head guide hunted with me but by then the week was very disappointing as a hunt. The overall vacation experience of traveling to that remote region of Canada was great though. Spectacular scenery!!
