After hunting with several outfitters I have finally found the place I will return to on a regular basis. Tuttulik is based on the west side of Quebec near Hudson Bay on Lake Minto, the headwaters of the Leaf River. Our camp on the south side of the lake was a great place for bowhunters; open enough to glass long distances yet enough cover to get in position for a close shot. The first 3 days were relatively slow but hunters were still having opportunities. The last 2 days it really picked up and the group limited out. Great accomodations and a super cook. This is an unguided hunt with 2 campmen to assist you, so expect to be on your own most of the time.
