I, my father and a friend booked and paid in full almost $14,000 for a trip scheduled for Aug 29th -Sept 5th 2004. On Aug 4th I received a letter in the mail stating that my trip has been canceled and Kanguk Caribou Outfitters is now Protected under the Canadian Insolvency Act of Canada. It went on to state that we would here from a trustee within 15-20 days (no word yet). My father is 75 years old and this was a trip of alifetime for him as well as me. I do not know if we can afford this next year or if it will be possible for my father to go. Serge Tessier took more than money... but make no mistake He is still operating and probably trying to scam more people. He is now operating under the name "Payne Lake Outfitters".
