We hunted in early September for Archery Elk in Northern New Mexico (near Tierra Amarilla). We were in elk everyday and had saw 12 - 15 bulls during the hunt. We took a 5x5 on the third day and the elk just stayed out of range after that never presenting a clear shot. Ed Bremer has the most reasonably priced hunts I know of in New Mexico in some excellent, limited access areas. We hunted 90,000 acres of public land that was blocked on three sides by private land and had a 6 - 7 mile hike to our hunting area from the nearest road. The guides are outstanding and work to make it a pleasure filled experience. I would highly recommend this group and for the money they cannot be beat.
