I will preface these comments by telling you that I have been to Quebec several times and have hunted and fished with other outfitters. It is not that we did not see caribou that we are disappointed, it is because we did not get the services we paid for. I have left Quebec “empty handed” before but never displeased like I did with this company. In order to keep these comments brief, I will limit the topic to the hunting services that were not provided and not the “so called guides”. We were at “MARS” camp on September 3 – September 8, 2000. My group consisted of two hunters, my father and me. The other four hunters at MARS came from the Lebanon, Pennsylvania area. We purchased the American Plan for, $3,050.00 US EACH PERSON. Which states repeatedly in his literature “If there are no caribou in your area, we will move you at no extra charge.” In fact, a group of hunters at "Ravioli" camp had filled all of their tags on Wednesday afternoon, which allowed plenty of time to move us into that area. It is our belief and other hunter’s belief that there was no intention to move us – period. The owner verbally offered us a half price hunting trips in 2001 or 2002, in Caniapiscau Airport when we returned from the MARS camp. This is not satisfactory to us. The owner did not live up to your original promise of moving us into Caribou areas.
