Overall Impression: The hunt was great, not only is it a hunt but it is also a relaxing vacation

Sepaq is run by the Quebec Provincial Government. The guides and housekeeping staff are professional and well organized. The camp and equipment was very well maintained, a Typical day is as follows:6 AM the guides eat6:30 AM Hunters are served a full breakfast while the hunters are eating their breakfast the guides are outside warming up the GMC 4WD King Cab Truck.7 AM Head for your hunting area which rotates daily. 1 hunter is assigned a 10 sq mile area. Hunter is equipt with topo map. The guide two hunter ration is 4 hunters / guide / truck. The guide spends one day with each hunter if they desireNOON: Choice of bagging a lunch or having the guide pick you up and serve a hot lunch in an outpost camp6-6:30: Guide picks up hunter and you return to camp. 7PM Snack is served in the lounge area of the cabin8PM Hunters eat a 7 course meal expertly prepared by a ChefWhile the hunters are eating and talking about the days hunt the guides are skinning the deer shot that day9:30 and after turn in to a made up bed with fresh linen that is changed daily. The only thing negative is if you are planning on shooting a B&C buck you will not find one on Anticosti Island. But the hunt / Vacation is worth every penny
